| Note | Some authors may describe that Glechoma hederacea L. subsp. grandis (A. Gray) H. Hara is a synonym of Glechoma hederacea L. (syn. Nepeta glechoma Bentham). I think that such opinion is right. If it is right then new legal issue will take place in relation to whtjer legal effects of a patent on Glechoma hederacea L. subsp. grandis will enhance to Glechoma hederacea L. too. In such cases, conflict between different patents or other intellectual property rights may also take place. Reexamination should be done. |
